Lester Associates is the trading name of the group of companies comprising Lester Australia Ltd., The Lester Partnership and Lester Payroll Services.

So long as the candidate you refer is not already registered with Lester Associates you will receive your reward once a candidate has completed their first full day on assignment. To be valid all assignments must be full time and for an initial period of 3 months or longer.

Upon the introduction of a name to Lester Associates or any of her trading divisions, either verbally or by email, Lester Associates commit to email you within 48 hours confirming the date and details of that introduction.

Lester Associates has a legal responsibility to respect the confidentiality of our current clients and as such we would therefore ask you to confirm with your introduction that they are not already registered with us as this would invalidate the referral. In the unlikely event that the same candidate is referred by two people, Lester Associates will treat the first recommendation received as valid.

Any recommendation will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date the referral was entered on to Lester Associates’ system.

It is responsibility of the person making the referral to ensure that Lester Associates holds their current contact details thus allowing Lester Associates to forward any accrued awards. Rewards will be distributed on a monthly basis.

The referral programme is effective for all referrals made as of 1st March 2007.
