Overview of LABS
- LABS is a business consulting firm.
- LABS is not active in the contractor recruitment market place.
- L.A.B.S has a legal obligation to at all times satisfy all requirements of The Migration Act when sponsoring overseas nationals.
Our consulting division specialises in the following areas:
- Logistics Support
- Full IT project planning, development, implementation and post go live support
- IT managed service including maintenance engineering, support and delivery
Overview of service provision
As a consulting organisation, we contract with our clients for a project deliverable, a service provision or for identified milestones to be achieved; in other words we do not enter into time and materials based agreements as is the norm with recruitment agencies.
Our consultants are all permanent employees of Lester Associates Business Services. All employees are paid an annual salary.
In order to meet our internal requirements, the service provision must be of a minimum value and duration. We can assess this on a case by case basis.
Our consulting agreement must meet minimum legislative standards including:
- Contract for a project rate (can be charged as daily / weekly / monthly) paid against achieved milestones
- Contract for a project deliverable or service provision
- Contract for the provision of business services by one or more Lester Associates Business Services consultants
